Welcome to Rio Refills. I am the founder and owner, Jamie Sandoval. I created Rio Refills to offer simple, clean and sustainable products for you to purchase and refill to help reduce the use of single use plastic. Each product has been tested and rest assured I have used everything I sell. 

I am excited about this journey and hope you come along with me. I know I am not perfect in my sustainability journey, but my goal is making progress, not perfection; everyone can do something!

When I went to Kaui, HI in the fall of 2021 and saw my first refill store I knew I wanted to be a part of this movement to create a place where you can buy sustainable and clean products to refill and eliminate the use of single use plastics. Very shortly after that Rio Refills was born but in a mobile form! In our society we are literally buying our trash! So let’s work together to find a better way to have less waste. Quality should never be compromised. No matter what product you choose, you can feel confident that our products are of the highest caliber.
